Ken Seaver

My story begins in the sleepy Pacific Northwest town of Salem Oregon. Growing up I had a passion for sports and music. I had played basketball with my high school team but when I graduated, I pursued a career in the music industry as this was my passion.

Throughout my early years I got to travel and tour with bands and see the world. Then in early 1997 I was introduced to the real estate mortgage business. During my first few months in the industry, I knew this was going to be the career for me. I immediately was able to partner with realtors and help finance the American Dream for Arizona families.

Since then, my career has been fully focused on mortgage education, learning and mastering mortgage products and guidelines so that I can deliver my clients a mortgage custom tailored to them, and a well-informed, first-class experience.

My mortgage journey has landed me here at Home Loan Advisors, where I am a branch manager and regional manager. We offer the tools to help Loan Officer’s grow in an ever-changing environment. It’s backed by a comprehensive product list and competitive rates but more than that they offer support through marketing and customer experience support.

In my off time I am a foodie so I can be found checking out the latest restaurants in Phoenix and I also still pick up the guitar and jam with friends! I am also a pet dad to two dogs and a cat, Daisy, Otis, and Misty.
